The Franciscan Missionaries of Mary are involved in several ministries throughout this province including hospital, school and prison chaplaincy, work with the homeless and marginalised, providing retreats for youth and adults, spiritual accompaniment and support and various kinds of help to refugees including counselling and translation etc.

The underlying ministry that is constantly part of the Sisters’ life is that of prayer for blessing and healing of all those who ask us to pray for them and indeed for the world as a whole. This is the primary ministry of our elderly Sisters who dedicate their lives to daily prayer and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
